♥ If you already made a purchase with the credit cards without applying the coupon code, we cannot give you a partial refund/discount after the purchase. However, we have plenty of promotions through our newsletters and facebook, so please consider signing up for our newsletter and join our facebook page for your future purchases. If you have a trouble finding a place to put the coupon code, please stop your ordering process and contact us before placing your order. ♥ If you are making a payment through PayPal (not credit cards), there is no place to put coupon codes since we were not able to install coupon code system to PayPal yet. Therefore, please email us at email@example.com after your purchase with your order# and coupon code. We'll be glad to refund your discount right away to your PayPal account. Please note that this only applies to PayPal purchases.
Shipping & Turnaround Time
♥ Shipping Method: All orders from JC Jewelry Design are shipped for $5 Flat Rate via USPS First Class except for the RUSH orders which are shipped via USPS Express or Priority.
♥ Turnaround Time: Generally, US customers can expect to receive the package in about 2 weeks from the day of purchase. However, orders made by voucher codes will be shipped according to each website's vouchers/redemption details. International customers can expect to receive the package in about 2-4 weeks from the day of purchase.
♥ Rush order option: It is available for $25 at checkout so the package can be delivered in a week (US only).
♥ We always ship to your 'ship to' address in our system.
♥ Insurance is recommended for all orders, for J.C. Jewelry Design is not liable for any potential postal losses of your items. We provide a free insurance for orders more than $100. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for an insurance quote if your order is less than $100.
Refunds and Exchanges
♥ Refunds: All personalized items are carefully handmade just for you! Unless we made the errors such as misspelling names and sending wrong items, there are no refunds. However, we want all our customers to be happy, so if have concerns, please write to email@example.com within 2 WEEKS from the day you received your package.
♥ Exchanges: All exchage requests should be made within 2 WEEKS from the day you received the package. If your item is broken at the time of receipt, please email us right away for a replacement.
♥ 60 DAY POLICIES: If your item is broken after you start wearing the necklace, please return it back within 60 days from the day of purchase. As a courtesy, we'll fix it for free but will charge $5 for shipping and handling fee. If your item is broken after 60 days, we will consider this as a regular wear and tear and will charge for a repair services. Please see below (Repairs & Cleaning Services) for details.
♥ Lost or Stolen Items: Sorry, we are not responsible for any items that are lost or stolen after you receive the package.
Repairs & Cleaning Services
♥ Sterling silver naturally tarnishes over time. Therefore, we include a free polishing pad with every purchase for our customers. However, if you prefer us to do the cleaning and polishing job for you, we will be glad to do it for a fee. Please go to 'Cleaning and Polishing Services' for details.
♥ We are now offering Repair Services! If your purchased item from our shop is broken after 60 days of your purchase, we will be glad to repair it for a fee. Please go to 'Repair Services' for details.
